About Coco Dawson

I have undertaken extensive studies overseas and practiced in the fields of Ayurveda, Massage & Wellbeing, Pranic Healing & various forms of frequency medicine. In time, I moved to the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula to live and continue to promote vitality and exuberant health.

Food for Vitality

As a passionate foodie, I have enjoyed working as a holistic chef for the last 20 years

around the world. I was cooking for a small organic veggie box business in Germany,

for a cultural centre I was running in Italy and here in South Australia I was baking for

an organic Cafe in Adelaide, had my own food business from home as well as a B & B

and was working as a private chef for a family of five.

I studied nutrition and specialise in food for health-conscious people and people with

food intolerances.

​

There is an alchemistic transformation that's happening when I'm cooking, while being in a joyful & loving state. I'm blessing the whole process when I'm creating my culinary delights. My aim is to nourish and nurture - you can taste and feel it!
