This initial session ensures that you and your immediate environment are checked and cleared of major inhibitors to energy flow, and then your first experience of microcurrent frequencies using the Time Waver device. The duration of this session is 90 minutes.

This session includes a consultation and a Time Waver treatment. The treatment administers microcurrents based on your body's own frequencies and duration can vary due to this. 

Duration is likely to be 60 - 70 minutes.

Discounted pre-purchase of five Time Waver sessions. These sessions are carried out as separate appointments and can be completed over a maximum period of six months (with a minimum of 5 days between appointments).

After a consultation, where we discuss your situation and requirements, I will demonstrate and teach simple trauma release exercises that you can use at any time to help release the effects of past trauma and deal with triggers as they arise. The duration of the session is 60 minutes.

This consultation is variable in method and duration based on your requirements. It can include dowsing rods, pendulum and singing bowls to clear and transform your personal energy field or the area of your home, immediate environment and property. 

I will plan vegetarian or plant-based menus, consult on nutrition, and I'm also available to facilitate cooking classes as well as cater for retreats or private events for groups up to 15 people. Emphasis is always on fresh and local organic/chemical-free ingredients for maximum nutrition. Pricing is provided on request.
